Recomeçar Project The Association “Saúde Criança Recomeçar”, settled in 1997 by Mrs. Dores Lacombe is a non-governmental organization of public utility, registered at the National Council of Social Assistance, without any political affiliation or lucrative intents. It assists both children with serious chronicle diseases, usually unfed, and their families. In order to receive this assistance for a period of six months these families should be of low income.
